Terms and Conditions – Ride53 Motorcycle Training School

Effective Date: July 7, 2025

By booking a training course with Ride53 Motorcycle Training School ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• You must hold a valid driving licence (provisional or full) before starting any training.

• You must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motorcycle.

• You must meet any legal age requirements for the course booked.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in advance.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–7 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course or for no-shows.

4. Safety and Conduct

• All students must wear appropriate protective clothing, including helmet, gloves, jacket, trousers, and boots.

• Any student who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused training and no refund will be issued.

• Unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Our motorcycles are fully insured for training purposes.

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your property unless caused by our negligence.

• You may be held liable for damage to equipment or motorcycles resulting from reckless or intentional misuse.

6. Course Requirements

• You must bring your valid licence and any other required documents on the day of training.

• You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the course and may not receive a refund.

7. Certificates

• Completion certificates (e.g., CBT) will only be issued upon successful demonstration of required skills and knowledge.

• The instructor’s decision is final in all assessments.

8. Privacy

• We collect and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
